Shipping policy

Slumber & Sparkle currently ships only within the United Kingdom. Orders placed outside the UK are not supported at this time.

Shipping Costs

All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and shipping costs are included in the price shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as seasonal promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if any significant delays occur.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. While every effort is made to meet stated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the courier used and may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or if there are any delivery concerns, assistance is available. Please allow the full delivery window to pass before reaching out, as most delayed shipments resolve within this period.

For incorrect, delayed, or missing deliveries, customers are encouraged to contact support with their order number for faster resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Slumber & Sparkle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
